Cranberry Sauce
Make your own cranberry sauce with these few ingredients:
1 pkg organic cranberries
1 tsp fresh squeezed organic lemon juice
1/4 C organic maple syrup
Pour the package of cranberries into a medium sized pot with 1/4 C of water. Heat on medium until the cranberries pop and start to blend together, stirring frequently. Add the maple syrup and fresh lemon juice, reduce to low and continue to stir often until well blended. Mash the cranberries for a smoother sauce or leave chunkie if preferred. For a sweeter sauce add a bit more maple syrup, or if tart is your preference add more fresh lemon. Serve warm or cooled – enjoy!
