This cookbook was created out of my own interest and desire to develop tasty, healthy, easy to prepare meals and snacks that accommodate my sensitivities and allergies; which include: gluten, wheat, dairy from a cow, sugar, preservatives, additives and chemicals.

I found it quite challenging to find healthy, alternative ingredient recipes that were delicious and could accommodate such a restricted diet. I have always loved food so flavour and taste are very important to me. I thought there may be other people like me trying to come up with healthy and tasty food to enjoy. Maybe cooking isn't your specialty or knowing what to substitute in a "regular" recipe? I have provided many fantastic options in my cookbook.
